Not at all. Most clients aren't home. We just need access — a key, lockbox, or you can let us in before you leave. We send photos when done.

Do your cleaners bring their own equipment? +
Yes — all cleaners come fully equipped with professional-grade products and equipment. You don't need to supply anything. Have a preference? Just let us know when booking.
How long does a clean take? +
Depends on the size and condition of the property. End of lease cleans are results-based — our team works until the property is in bond-back condition. Typically 3–8 hours. We'll give a better estimate when you quote.
